Yes !

1 Click Pay is based on a European legislation (European SEPA) in which banks have the obligation to fully assume their responsibilities.

If there is any problem your bank is authorized to repay you or to block 1 Click Pay on your request. This procedure is much easier than for all other means of payment.

No problem! Just send an e-mail (customer-service@localimus.com) or call our customer service (+32 2 888 71 73) and we will deactivate 1 Click Pay for you.

You can also directly ask your bank to cancel this option.


How do we calculate the CO2 compensation?
We have studied the impact of your deliveries by questioning our deliver people :
 
On average, during one daily delivery tour:
 
- 12 companies are getting their lunch delivered
- 10 lunches are delivered by company
- 15 km are travelled for every delivery tour

That means 15km travelled to deliver 120 products on average.
On this basis we can estimate the amount of CO2 emissions for each ordered product

Once every three months and depending on prices evolution of CO2, Localimus transfers the money compensation on the account of Reforest’Action.

This association is fighting for the environment sustainability and for our future. They plant trees everywhere in Belgium because trees are breathing CO2 in and breathing oxygen out unlike humans.
Who are Reforest’Action members?
Created in 2010 Reforest’Action gives the opportunity to individuals and companies to have a positive impact on our planet by improving our environment.

What does that mean? With our financial contribution to their action, we plant trees in a virtual forest while they plant trees in the field.

Thanks to you and with your help we will create together our own « Localimus forest »!

Foresters and agronomists will look after our trees to be sure that they grow up in the best conditions. In that way we can have the statistics of the positive impact of our forest.
